This is Journey's newest dvd taped in Las Vegas March 6, 2008 with the new singer Arnel Pineda. He replaces Jeff Scott Soto, who parted ways with the band earlier this year after stepping in for Steve Augeri, who had to leave the band in 2006 for medical reasons. It's hard to distinguish Arnel Pineda voice from Steve Perry. He was found on YouTube by one of the original Journey's members.

Journey's blend of soaring melodies and hard rock guitars helped to make them one of the most popular groups on the arena circuit in the late '70s and early '80s, and in 1998, longtime members Neal Schon on guitar, Jonathan Cain on keyboards, and Ross Valory on bass welcomed new members Dean Castronovo on drums and Steve Augeri on lead vocals as they took the group back out on the road. Journey: Live 2001 was taped during a December 2000 show in Las Vegas, NV, and finds the new lineup generating just as much excitement as the original edition.

Live in Manila is a two-disc DVD video set by American rock band Journey, released October 2, 2009 exclusively through Walmart in North America. Filmed with RED technology, the DVD captures the band's concert in Manila, Philippines. It utilizes special 4K high-definition cameras with a resolution exceeding 35mm which gives the footage extra dynamic quality. Performing more than two hours of material, including newer songs from the band's latest album, Revelation, Live In Manila documents the homecoming of the band's current lead vocalist, Arnel Pineda.

On March 14, 2009, Journey returned to Pineda's homeland and introduced him as their newest lead singer to a crowd of nearly 30,000 at the MOA Concert Grounds. By the time Journey made their way to Manila, more than 800,000 copies of Revelation had been sold and had been supported with sold-out shows all over the world.

On October 15, 2009, the DVD debuted at #1 on the Billboard video charts.
