This documentary series follows the lives of rescue agencies including the Royal Navy, RNLI, RAF, Customs and the Coast Guard who look after the worlds most active shipping channel, the English Channel. Together working 24 hours a day they investigate suspicious ships, suicide attempts, search and rescue and preventing illegal immigrants from entering the country
