Serija je smešeten u 2040 godini i prati bivšeg detektiva Njujorške policije Patrika Brogana (Ted Shackelford) koji je premešten u novu policijsku stanicu Demetraške gradske policiji *na planeti Altor u činu poručnika. Brogan i njegov partner Džek Heldejn (Rob Youngblood) moraju da se prilagode novom životu u drugom solarnom sistemu a da pri tome nastave da rade svoj posao, rešavaju slučajeve i hvataju kriminalce i to ne samo ljude već sada i vanzemaljce.

The series is set in the year 2040 and starred American actor Ted Shackelford as former NYPD detective Patrick Brogan, now a lieutenant with the Demeter City police force on the planet Altor.
